ABOUT AMPARO

Amparo is a Spanish word meaning refuge, shelter and protection.

Our name reflects our most important goal: For our residents to have a safe and nurturing place that they can call home.

Amparo Senior Care is managed by individuals with over 50 years in combined experience in healthcare management, medical social work, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, home health and hospice care.

Since we opened our doors in 2016, we have quickly gained a great reputation within the community for our caregiving, healthcare management, cleanliness, and communication.

Our home is a light filled and spacious space and we pride ourselves in maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our Residents. Our clean records embody the effort that our team makes to abide by every CCLD (Community Care Licensing), OSHA, and County Public Health regulations.

The Amparo Team

The Amparo Team is comprised of compassionate individuals who respect each resident’s unique experiences and circumstances. We work together with the families to make sure that all issues are quickly addressed and resolved. We provide Resident-Centered care and ensure that medication, grooming, activities, and the overall health of the Residents are our priority.

Providing senior care is a huge responsibility! We take pride in establishing strong goals, holding ourselves to high standards, and continually striving to improve the care we provide.

Reliability

Great care is consistent, follows strong protocols and is resident centered! Residents do not feel safe and cared for unless they know that all the details of their care, from managing their medications to providing healthy and delicious meals are done with the utmost care, every single time.

Empowerment

Each resident is unique and should feel empowered to have care and activities that suit their individuality. Each resident has strengths and interests that should be exercised, encouraged and valued.
